He studied Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. He lives and works in Lemnos. In 2011, commissioned by the Contemporary Balkan Art Gallery of Kontias, he created the sculpture that adorns the village’s central square, close to the Gallery building. His artistic work is influenced by pop art and the Arte Povera movement. Starting from his studies in sculpture and working through installation, he uses ready-mades, transforming their use and experimenting with their meanings. His research revolves around the ideas of memory and history, yet points to the future, emphasizing the contemporary social condition. His first solo exhibition was held at Fantasie Futuristike Gallery (Naples, 2007). He has since had solo shows in Greece and Italy. In 2023 the exhibition ‟23 Colors. Sol LeWitt & Paolo Incarnato” was presented at Keramikos 23 art space (Athens), while in September 2025 he participated with Keramikos 23 in Art Athina. He has also taken part in important group exhibitions in Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Austria, and elsewhere. In 2011 he won first prize at the national competition ‟RE-cicle” in Milan, and in 2014 he was awarded in the 5th national competition ‟Antonio Canova,” held in Verona.
