With an IKY scholarship, she pursued postgraduate studies in Paris (1958\u20131960): lithography at the \u00c9cole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure des Beaux-Arts and weaving at the \u00c9cole des Arts D\u00e9coratifs. Upon returning to Greece, she taught at the Vakalo School (1965\u20131967). She also worked as an assistant in the Scenography Workshop of the Athens School of Fine Arts (1985\u20132000). A prolific artist over time, she has worked in printmaking, painting, and the batik technique (painting on fabric). Her work is figurative, drawing inspiration from everyday life, still lives (especially floral compositions and tabletops), and landscapes. In printmaking she mainly practiced lithography and etching, producing prints marked by clear planes and an abstract tendency. In painting, she often worked with light materials, exploring fluidity of color, bold brushwork, and a pared-down treatment of her subjects. Her work overall is distinguished by lyricism and a melancholy atmosphere. In her early solo exhibitions of the 1960s, she presented batik works. Her last solo exhibition was held in 2009 at Astra Gallery (Athens). She has also shown work in numerous group exhibitions in Greece and abroad.
